Growing up within a culture that stigmatized mental health, I inherited a facade that everything was okay and painfully hid my internal struggles. As a clinician, I hope to build an organic and real relationship with you that allows you to feel safe, understood and supported to be honest and to be yourself. A place that it is okay to not be okay. We will collaborate together on how to advocate for what you need, learn what boundaries might benefit you, identify personalized tools that help you grow, and establish healthy coping strategies or behaviors that improve both your relationships and how you feel about yourself.

I specialize in childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, impulse control, vulnerability and strengthening self-esteem. Empowering you wherever you are on your individual journey is my driving force and I feel honored to have the chance to do so. With trauma-informed care, integrated interventions and a healthy dose of humor, we will get raw, real and process what’s holding you back or weighing you down.
