In therapy, we often uncover wounds that haven't fully healed. As these wounds resurface, treatment begins the process of healing them gradually. I want to emphasize that it's okay not to be okay. I would be honored to accompany you through your emotional pain, help you navigate your thoughts, and support you in healing that pain.

Our therapeutic journey will be a collaborative one, and the progress will depend on your willingness to work on yourself and your goals. My passion lies in assisting adolescents and young adults facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, stress, depression, and self-esteem issues.
In addition, I'm passionate about working with couples to sustain positive and healthy relationships, assist them in communicating, and manage and address conflicts effectively. I also am passionate about working with individuals from diverse faith background.
