I have always wanted to work in a field where I can be authentic and meet people who can be authentic, where true healing can happen by being open and honest with one's own vulnerability. The best part about my job is making a deep connection with people that I would have never gotten to know otherwise. Hearing other people's stories gives me a sense of hope for a better future, reminding me that we are all humans who need help and may need to rely on each other for strength sometimes. 

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with experience in helping people who struggle with substance abuse, marital issues, parenting, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, unresolved grief, infertility, life transitions and personality disorders. Furthermore, I am a trained EMDR therapist with experience in helping clients reprocess traumatic memories. 

Aside from my Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I have a Master of Arts in Clinical Ministry to work with clients who prefer faith-based therapy sessions. 

In my spare time, I enjoy eating delicious meals, playing board games, and spending quality time with my husband and our toddler. I hope to be your therapist who can support and guide you through the overwhelming stress in your life.
