I am successful working with high-achievers struggling with perfectionism, imposter syndrome, high expectations, overwhelming stress, loneliness, being misunderstood, rigid schedules and balance in life. My approach is warm, caring, compassionate, collaborative, and supportive towards meeting your goals. My clients appreciate how I am REAL in the room, where they can share openly without judgement. 

I am experienced with working with adolescents, teens and adults, who are suffering from anxiety, depression and life changes. I worked in the education field for 20+ years and am able to relate to teens and their parents. I am here to help. 

I will meet you where you are today and walk alongside you to uncover old patterns of thinking and establish new ways of living. Our work will be collaborative, learning and growing together.
