Life is full of beauty and splendor. It is also tainted with pain and agony. It is important to note that neither lasts forever. We constantly live in this tension and are pushed and pulled between both ends.
Therapy can help you make sense of and process the painful side of life so that you get to enjoy the beautiful side more fully. My priority in therapy is to create a safe space, free of judgement and advice, to build a connection and strong therapeutic relationship that is founded on trust, empathy and understanding.
My goal is to create a corrective emotional experience for my clients to help them flourish in life.
Only then can growth, development and change occur. I have vast experience in working with children, families, adults and older adults from various cultures and backgrounds.
