With extensive experience in counseling spanning numerous years, I've had the privilege of aiding diverse communities, employing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT and Person-Centered Therapy to assist clients in recognizing and overcoming obstacles hindering their progress.
My professional background spans diverse settings, including K-12 education, working with students on the autism spectrum, and providing counseling in college environments. Additionally, I am trained in couple's therapy, recognizing the importance of healthy relationships in one's overall well-being. My counseling philosophy is rooted in a holistic approach, acknowledging the connection of various aspects of life on mental health and quality of life. I prioritize building strong rapport with my clients, valuing everyone’s unique journey and experiences.
