My goal is to create a respectful environment and create a space where you can feel comfortable to share your challenges. I specialize in working with people who are struggling with their self-esteem, depression, anxiety, Trauma or addiction.
I am grateful to work with clients of various ages (including children and adolescents), races, cultural and religious backgrounds. My style is holistic, gentle, warm and interactive. My work focuses on the whole person, taking into account your unique story.
I utilize treatments backed by scientific evidence such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy and Creative arts healing.
In my spare time, I enjoy music and dancing. I enjoy the company of my family and friends and believe that laughter is good for the mind, body and soul.
